Professional Staff
GradCity provides the highest staff to student ratio in the industry to assist in your student's safety and ensure they have the time of their life! While your student is onsite you will have access to our 24 hour staff if you need to reach your son or daughter for any reason. Safety is our number one concern!
- Staff available 24 hours — Emergency phone number available 24 hrs a day- Staffed office available 24hrs a day
- Onsite GradCity wristbands — Indicate each student as a GradCity traveler. This helps our staff to identify and assist our travelers as well as the destination to know they are part of our group
- Staffed Events — Grad City staffs all scheduled events from beginning to end
- Staffed hotels — Our staff is located in the lobbies of the hotels that our travelers stay
- Bilingual — Most of our staff is bilingual to assist all travelers
- Trained in CPR — Most staff members are trained in CPR; if the need arises they are prepared to handle the situation
- Cell phones and 2-way radios — All staff members are equipped with cell phones and 2-way radios for immediate communication in the case of an emergency
- EMT and emergency medical staff — GradCity, employs and brings American Emt's to our destinations in case of a medical emergency - we also have 24 hour a day 7day a week medical personnel available

GradCity.com has been a member of The American Society of Travel Agents TOP Program for over 5 years. ASTA was founded in 1931 and was developed to ensure that the needs of customers in the travel industry are met. Today, ASTA is the world's largest association of travel professionals with over 20,000 members which include travel agents and the companies whose product the sell (tours, cruises, hotels, etc). Members of ASTA must continually abide by the code of conduct set by the organization to ensure that businesses are focusing on the needs and wants of the customer.

SYTA is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote student and youth travel in a safe and quality service. Members of SYTA must dedicate themselves to providing travel services that enhance social, cultural and educational growth to students and youth across the country. Being a member of SYTA means that GradCity has met all criteria set and continue to adhere to SYTA's purpose, goals and code of ethics.

The National Tour Association (NTA) is an organization of members compiled of thousands of tourism professionals who focus on organizing and providing travel packages.
