On-Site Positions

On-Site Team Member – US & Canada

Joining our on-site team means you join our family of travel brands! You will have the chance to meet and network with like-minded individuals from around the world and form lasting connections – all while experiencing one of our amazing destinations! Become part of the team and help us deliver the ultimate travel experience to our clientele. 


  • Have the opportunity to visit, live, and work in a popular travel destination.*
  • Deliver the ultimate travel experience to 100s of high school students during their trip.
  • Receive training from our team in leadership, tourism standards, traveler support, and more.
  • Assist with executing activities, excursions, and events while on destination. You will be responsible for one or more of the following roles: Travel Days Team, Orientation Team, Night Event Team, Excursions Team, Hotel Team, and more.
  • Provide destination information and encourage participation from passengers.
  • Ensure every passenger is a safe & happy traveler during their trip with us!

Internal Positions

Customer Care Representative – Boston, MA – Hybrid

You will be responsible for providing and ensuring exceptional customer service daily through phone, email, text, and social media messaging platforms before, during, and after booking/travel. You will interact with potential and existing clients regarding trip details including questions pertaining to group meetings, the trip/destination, activities/events, invoices, and payments. You must be thorough and have timely communication. 


  • Answer inquiries from parents & students regarding payment, insurance, staffing & general trip knowledge.
  • Work as an independent liaison/communication hub between customers and team
  • Promote sales by explaining/highlighting GradCity services.
  • Assist with solutions for pre-travel, onsite, and post travel customer concerns.
  • Proactively seek to understand customers’ needs and propose new/alternative customer and business solutions.
  • Maintain consistent and positive communication with team, Sales Reps, Group Organizer, and customers.

Sales Representative – US & Canada – In Office/Remote

Our Sales Representatives are the driving force of the company. We are looking for individuals with strong communication, time management, and organization skills. If you strive to crush goals, meet deadlines, and take ownership of your job then you may be the right person for the role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this position.

  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Constantly work to generate new leads, build out new territories, and develop new business.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships within your territories.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in our travel experiences and sales process.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow up and close out sales leads in a timely manner.
  • Participate in applicable trade shows, promotions, and other lead generating opportunities.
  • Travel on our programs to ensure the best possible experience for our clients.
