Round-Trip Airfare
For international packages, your group will fly together on preferred air carriers such as United, JetBlue, American Airlines, or even a private GradCity chartered flight.
Hotel Accommodations
GradCity has developed close relationships with both standard and all-inclusive resorts to offer our travelers the backdrop for an unforgettable Senior Trip. GradCity works with the resort staff to provide a smooth check-in/check-out process, so you have more time to enjoy your destination.
Ground Transfers
GradCity sets up direct, private transportation for travelers to get from the airport to their hotel, and back to the airport upon their departure.
Welcome Orientation
Upon arrival at your resort, the GradCity team will provide a welcome orientation and/or destination schedule to give you insight into the resort, destination, and/or events during your stay.
GradCity Wristband with 24-hour Emergency Telephone Number
All GradCity travelers will receive a GradCity wristband upon arrival at their destination. This wristband identifies you as part of the GradCity program, includes our emergency number, and gets you access to any exclusive GradCity events and activities.
GradCity Exclusive Events
Enjoy exclusive events offered only to our GradCity Travelers. Party by the pool & beach by day followed by themed parties at the hottest venues by night. Events vary based on the program and travel week.

GradCity Team
The GradCity team serves as chaperones on the trip, making themselves available to students when needed. The team is present on the resort premises during designated hours, are in attendance at GradCity events, and are available 24/7 via emergency phone. Availability and number of team members are based on program size.
