What We’ve Been Up To: Getting Ready for the Best Trip Season Yet

At GradCity, the months leading up to trip season are some of our favorite, because behind the scenes, that’s when the magic starts to take shape. And if there’s one thing we can say with confidence, it’s this: we are so excited for what’s ahead.

Recently, our team packed their bags and headed to Cancun for our annual retreat. While the ocean views weren’t a bad bonus, this trip was all about coming together to focus on one thing: creating unforgettable experiences for our travelers. We spent our days strategizing, collaborating, and fine-tuning every detail that goes into making a GradCity trip seamless, safe, and seriously fun.

From leveling up our events to enhancing on-site support and exploring new ways to surprise all of our travelers, the energy in every planning session was contagious. There’s something powerful about getting the entire team in one place, sharing ideas, challenging each other creatively, and setting big goals for the season ahead. Let’s just say… the future trips are looking very bright! We are SO excited for all of you to see what’s in store for this year.

But Cancun wasn’t the only place we’ve been busy.

Our team also traveled to Arizona to attend the AASC Conference, where we had the opportunity to meet some truly incredible students. Connecting face-to-face with future grads is always a highlight for us! Hearing your excitement, your questions, and what you’re most looking forward to reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

We loved learning more about what today’s seniors want out of their graduation trips, and we walked away more inspired than ever to deliver experiences that celebrate this milestone in a big way.
