Hotel Accommodations
Affordable all-inclusive accommodations with all food and beverages paid for in one price. Some grad trip hotels are exclusive to GradCity travelers only!
Ground Transfers
GradCity sets up bus transportation for travelers to get from the airport to their hotel, and back to the airport upon their departure.
Welcome Orientation
Once you arrive at the resort, our team will go over the entire itinerary of all the fun activities and events we have planned for your trip. As well as review our BreakSmart guidelines.
GradCity wristband with 24-hour emergency telephone number
Our GradCity or hotel wristbands give you access to exclusive entrances and quickly identify you as part of the GradCity group. The 24-hour emergency phone number is printed on your wristband in case of an emergency.

Professional GradCity staff members are available 24 hours a day and chaperone all events.
