You must be checked out and in your hotel lobby with luggage at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.

If you miss your transfer with GradCity, you will have to arrange for a private taxi/shuttle at your own expense to get back to the airport.

Please call or visit the front desk of your resort. The resort is extremely helpful and can assist with any hotel questions, needs, or inquiries.

There are lifeguards and medics available at all pool/beach areas during that day. The resort also has a medical center where you can see a doctor and/or get basic medication. Please note you will need your passport and a form of payment upon being checked by a doctor.

The Photos taken by our GradCity Photographer are Free and we encourage you to take as many photos as you want!

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for our photographer to sort and edit the photos. When the photos are ready, we will send an email with a link for you to download.
